Grateful that they were able to assist in my job hunt and find me a position that met my expectations and that I enjoy. I only removed one star because the communication throughout the process left more to be desired. In addition to that the time it took for me to start the actual position seemed far too long (one full month after accepting the position) considering everything that was needed on my end was completed and submitted promptly. Even the drug test was completed within 24hrs of the request. We can’t always control how long something will take and I understand that, but this is where the communication from them would have helped. Most of the time I was the one making the calls to my point of contact for updates when I feel it should have been the other way around.
