Jerry is the freaking BOMB! I came in her office about 2 years ago hoping wishing and praying she could get me out f my tax hell! She instantly sprung to action with answers! My tax nightmare was happening since I didn't contribute to federal for the 2 years prior. She immediately knew how to minimize my amount owed, and even got me a few backs back in my pocket were she could. Subject matter expertise, excellent communication skill, fast response to emails/phone calls, and willingness to help - Jeri got it all. I'm very happy with my overall experience. I'm super paranoid about all financial stuff, especially where IRS is concerned and I felt relieved after she started doing my taxes.
