We have been very pleased with Maids on a Mission. Brittany always does a good job! Recently we've had to reschedule a couple of times when she wasn't available and both Turquoise and Morgan have done a great job too. Maids on a Mission is very professional, easy to work with in rescheduling.

First review: After issues with a previous cleaner they sent, Maids on a Mission sent Brittany to us a little over a week ago. She did a nice job, especially in the main bathroom which is important to me. I hope they are sending Brittany again this week as she was efficient and very pleasant to work with.

Update October, 2025 - we've been using this company consistently for a couple of years now and always have great service. They are responsive and reliable. We ordered an annual deep clean and Brittany, Stephanie, and Mariah took good care of us, including cleaning a stubborn bathroom floor, making it sparkle.

Anna, Courtney and Mariah did a wonderful a deep cleaning our home- they were efficient and polite. As a two parent working household with a little guy and two dogs it was getting harder to maintain the standard of clean we like. The ladies from Maids on a mission did a great job resting our house, and helping alleviate stress.

We called MOM, at the last minute, to come by and clean the house before a party. MOM was able to accommodate us with our time frame, listened well to all our concerns, and did a great job addressing our needs. Shout out to Mari, our cleaning technician, for her attention to detail. Thanks, Mari!!

Four ladies — Turquoise, Alex, Michelle, and Tiffany — showed up ready to work, and in just three hours they were on a mission! They were professional, friendly, and incredibly efficient. They did an amazing job and truly made our home feel like home again. Thank you so much!

Turquoise did a wonderful job. My home is sparkling clean. She even moved a few boxes for me. Made my bed, which I couldn't do and washed the bedding. I was sleeping on the couch until Turquoise did that. I appreciate everything she did for me.

Stephanie did a great job! Everything was so clean.

Maids on a Mission were hired for a move out cleaning. They are excellent at communication, but excellent to a fault. When told that multiple offers were being considered, both a staffer and the principal of the company embarked on a campaign to win the business by sending a ton of emails that while not exactly pushy were borderline annoying all the same: “Just checking to see whether you have yet decided.”

Maids on a Mission charges extra to clean the inside of a refrigerator, something several other companies happily included at no charge – and they will not do ovens at all. They explained that the fumes used in the most effective cleaning products are too noxious to be safe for humans and that they would not subject their cleaners to that hazard, which is commendable. But that along with the extra charge for the fridge made an already-high price difficult to swallow....

Angelique, Alexandria & Mari tackled our chaotic mess after a recent floor renovation.
Plus, our street has been under construction for over a year so the dust was extra heavy. Our two fur friends also shed a lot. By the time they were thru, everything shined.
