Still waiting on my quote. It's been weeks. Apparently, they don't have time for new clients. It's unfortunate because the website was very informative and I was really hoping to use them.
Game changer! I just received a phone call from the business and was offered a truly sincere apology. Most wouldn't take the time to do that and truly appreciate it. That let me know they care about their customers and will go above and beyond to make things right. We're all human and overlook things occasionally, but he made up for it, was very friendly and I WILL be using them in the future!! Give them a try!
