Was able to schedule at my preferred time and day very easily. Communication and process was clear from the start and put me at ease. This is a well-oiled machine from all aspects. I had the deep clean, and 3 people showed up with all the supplies and worked a solid 4 hours. I keep a clean house, but they worked top to bottom to do a true spring cleaning and my cupboards and wood sparkle! We have very hard water and they were able to get my shower door cleaner than I ever have. The boss showed up at the end and gave it the “white glove” test, so no pressure on me to inspect the work. As soon as they were done they gathered all their equipment and dirty mop heads etc and disappeared like magic. I feel so fortunate to have this service and very proud of how my home shines. Thanks to the Movher team - see ya back in 2 weeks!

Audrie is a pro and delightful to work with. A couple things were missed which she quickly corrected. Emily is not thorough enough and did a poor job on the laundry room floor. Setting up for cleaning service was rather easy. The point of contact, Sara? Was very helpful.
My cleaning person arrived an hour late. I was contacted by text to inform me of this. Emily was efficient and did a decent job. However she didn't move items on flat surfaces to clean under, and seemed to only clean the front of shelves. I am a bit disappointed with the depth of the cleaning done.
