We've been using Maids in Brown for 4 years now, and I can't recommend them enough. From an administrative standpoint, they are responsive and accommodating. Whether we request to reschedule service or have general questions/comments, you can always expect response or resolution within 24 hours. From a service standpoint, they are top notch. They are pretty much always on time if not early, the staff is always friendly and professional, and they are unobtrusive will still doing an excellent job. My wife and I both primarily work from home, so this is very important to us. Lastly, their accountability is worth an additional star. One during a cleaning, their staff accidentally broke a bathroom sink faucet. I love Maids in Brown! They are always consistent, timely, and kind. I've been getting my 2 bed/2 bath condo cleaned by their team for about a year now, and every time they leave my husband comes home and says how nice the place looks. That is high praise coming from him! Additionally, I have a very messy cat and they do a wonderful job of picking up all her scattered toys and keep the litter box area spotless.

The staff are very thorough and leave my place spotless. My apartment was filthy. It had been neglected for about six months while I was away. The people I asked to take care of the apartment during that time almost completely trashed the place. My Maids in Brown team (Blanca, Yesica, Fany and Wendy) have been doing a lovely job cleaning my home for 3+ years now. They have always arrived when scheduled and do a great job on the cleaning. They are pleasant and cheerful as well.

I’ve been using Maids in Brown for my monthly cleaning for over a year and couldn’t be more pleased. This week Glenda and Wendy came and when I arrived home after a 15hr workday, seeing how thoughtfully they cleaned my home made all my stress melt away. They went above and beyond what I expected. Not just wiping, vacuuming, etc. but more. My bathroom faucet leaks a little at the base and there was hard water stains and calcium buildup and they were able to get rid of all of that. I didn’t see a single hair on the floor, my coffee machine looks new, and everything just sparkles clean. I’ll continue to use Maids in Brown and hope to get Glenda and Wendy again.
