EDITED TO UPDATE: America and Yeirin really impressed me today. I swear my kitchen is cleaner than when I moved in to this house! I hosted a party yesterday and it was probably the messiest my kitchen has been on the arrivial of Maids in Brown, and today they really knocked it out of the park. They even arranged my towels in pretty bows, etc. My husband told me they were excellent today, but when I went to go get coffee, I actually stopped to say "wow."

Jessica and Yolanda always leave my home well-cleaned, but they also add little touches to the perfectly made bed and accordion folded toilet tissue that makes me feel like my room is in a nice hotel. We've been using Maids in Brown for 4 years now, and I can't recommend them enough. From an administrative standpoint, they are responsive and accommodating. Whether we request to reschedule service or have general questions/comments, you can always expect response or resolution within 24 hours. From a service standpoint, they are top notch. They are pretty much always on time if not early, the staff is always friendly and professional, and they are unobtrusive will still doing an excellent job. My wife and I both primarily work from home, so this is very important to us. Lastly, their accountability is worth an additional star. One during a cleaning, their staff accidentally broke a bathroom sink faucet. I've been getting my 2 bed/2 bath condo cleaned by their team for about a year now, and every time they leave my husband comes home and says how nice the place looks. The three people who worked on my apartment did such a fantastic job that I am, hours later, still amazed. They arrived within the appointment window, they were professional, and they went above and beyond my expectations.

My apartment was filthy. It had been neglected for about six months while I was away. The people I asked to take care of the apartment during that time almost completely trashed the place. I tried to clean up myself for almost a month before booking Maids in Brown. I made a dent, but knew it would take me months to clean myself. I tried to fill out the booking information as best as I could, but I don't think I prepared the cleaners enough before the appointment. I was incredibly embarrassed to even find a cleaning service, let alone bring cleaners into the apartment.
