I am a single Mom of 5. We are constantly on the go. Spending the little free time we have cleaning is daunting and overrated. I, finally, had enough this week after my own illness had me down for over a week. I had never hired anyone before, but after reading the reviews online, I went with MaidoMatic. They arrived BEFORE they were scheduled to be here and called once they inspected the house. There was laundry everywhere, trash cans were overflowing and the stove top was atrocious. Not filthy, just lived in. I wasn’t sure what I wanted done because, honestly, ANYTHING helps. Really…. anything. I told them to do whatever they could with the time allowed. We returned home to a clean house. Beds were made, the bathroom and kitchen were clean, trash was taken out, the floors were swept, mopped and vacuumed. They even washed a load of towels and ran a load of dishes in the dish washer. I...

My daughter purchased a home. When the keys were turned over to her, the house was extremely dirty. All appliances, cabinets, bathtubs & showers, carpet, floors, blinds, walls, closets and doors were cleaned top to bottom. The cleaning crew did an excellent job and we are very pleased with the job they did! We will definitely use MaidOMatic again!

I utilized Maid O Matic for the second time recently for general housekeeping. Both teams did a very good job of cleaning. Their results far exceeded my expectations. My kitchen has never looked better! Their priority was to do quality work and they did. I am always pleased with the results of their work.

After home renovations I was left with a mess and needed help. Samara was able to help me and sent a team a few hours later. They were great. The team was professional, courteous and did a fabulous job. Highly recommend.

MaidOmatic provides excellent service at a reasonable price. We have them do a monthly cleaning and have used them for move in/move out cleaning as well as landscaping. We are always very satisfied with their work. Everyone there is polite, friendly and professional.

My in-laws house (emptied) needed a deep cleaning to get it ready to be sold. Terri's explanation of details of MaidOMatic's deep cleaning process was the primary reason we used MaidOMatic. Using the list of options available to decide what we needed done was helpful and eliminated surprises. I know they are bit expensive BUT so very worth it! The team I got has been a blessing to me and grandfather after the last tenant left the house with mouse poo everywhere! And I mean everywhere! They went above and beyond to help us out!

The team did a great job. They cleaned exactly what I asked for, and checked with me before doing anything additional. They had a lot to do and did an almost miraculous job on the refrigerator. The bathrooms looked great, too.

Beware! They were late all the times I hired them but did an okay cleaning. The 3rd (and last) visit a new crew was sent. One of their team members told me she was new. Unfortunately, it appears someone sprayed a chemical on my cowhide furniture and ruined it. They passed me off to the insurance company who claimed I didn't provide any evidence. It was my word against theirs. Please see the photo below. I went to two experts in cleaning and handling cowhides and they said it was definitely from a chemical. They tried to tell me it was from my dog sitting on it. The cowhide was less than a year old. Please know they did not stand behind their bad work. I only asked reimbursement of $300 to cover the cost of the hide. And it was denied.

I was not happy at first because some things got overlooked so I called Terri at the office and she got me in contact with the field supervisor and they came back and fixed what was overlooked and they were very understanding and nice about it and I will definitely be having them back monthly and would highly recommend them . They were very professional and quick

Excellent crew!! Would hire again - 4 people took only 2 hours to clean entire house. Everything came out wonderful. They asked questions and made sure their list was accurate before they started. All were very friendly and professional. Recommended!!
