I first contacted Marlene from Maid to Shine by Facebook to get some general information about cleaning my mother’s house. She gave me a more detailed description of the services she offered. After evaluating our needs, I called Marlene and requested the Ultra Shine service for a first time cleaning for my mother. Working with Marlene was a pleasure. The Maid to Shine team arrived at my mother’s house on time. Beth, Matt and Claudia wasted no time getting to work cleaning the house. They wore proper PPE while cleaning. When they were done, the house smelled great. All of the dust that was on all the surfaces of the furniture was gone and the floors were spotless. My mother was so pleased with the service that she plans to continue with regular service. Thanks Marlene and Maid to Shine! We will recommend your service to others.

I have recently had surgery and will be using a walker for an indefinite period of time. The Maid to Shine ladies were here today and I am so pleased with the service.

I didn’t know who to use so I did what every other person does and googled home cleaning service and Maid to Shine popped up and had great reviews. They provided outstanding customer service at a fantastic price, I couldn’t be happier! In fact, we used them again a couple weeks later!

My siblings and I arranged to have our parents house Ultra Cleaned through Maid To Shine. Our parents are in age and have some health concerns that prevents them from consistently maintaining a clean home. With the need apparent and the time limited, we decided to contact Maid To Shine to clean our parents home. There was some prep work on our part, simply picking up as much from table tops, counters, end tables, etc, which would allow the cleaners to reach as much dust and dirt as possible. The ladies arrived nearly on time, worked hard throughout the 3 hours they were present, and worked collectively knowing what each was doing in the other part of the house. My parents were very pleased with their professionalism, hard work, and of course the cleanliness of the house. This is not a small house: 2000 sq ft, 2 kitchens, 2 baths, 4 bedrooms and 2 living rooms. They came, they...

Melinda does a great job. She helped me keep my sanity during maternity leave, keeping the house clean. She is friendly and even tolerates our big dog following her around.
