I've been using Maid for LA for about a year. They're really easy to schedule and have a lot of availability; I usually just texter the owner and she can usually get me in same day or the day after. The cleaners themselves do a great job. They don't always speak the best English but I've never had a problem using Google Translate to facilitate if they don't understand. They are always nice and friendly and are very hard workers. They are occasionally 30 minutes late or early but compared to other maid services I find their scheduling to be very accurate. Thank you!

I’ve used maid in LA several times this year and really appreciate their attention to details especially in the kitchen and bathrooms. I would recommend especially if you’re looking for a reliable cleaning service that provides thorough and consistent results.

Excellent, on time, and organized. They have an excellent online system in which you can choose specifically what you want cleaned, and the amount of time it will take. My only gripe is that for the amount I paid, I was surprised to see a few difficult to reach areas left untouched. Given they can be a hassle to get into, I would’ve liked to see those at least dusted. Aside from 2 or 3 of those, everything else was exactly as described, with a few nice touches thrown in as well.

They always have a spot when I want a cleaning. The scheduling is easy. I would say the quality is okay. I say that having never ever had a cleaner who was fantastic. The major stuff gets done well but little things (like my couch had a bit of dirt on it cleaners didn’t notice or vacuum it up). I feel very uncomfortable getting asked for a tip because I don’t know if the job was good enough to warrant it until much later and honestly, I would rather you paid enough than have people rely on tipping to make ends enough.
