So far so good! The initial first cleaning was thorough and as a busy person it was nice to pay for a service by experts that freed up time for me. The team of 2 cleaners paid attention to details and didn’t ask many questions as they were focused on cleaning what they could see. They did an excellent job with the oven cleaning, bathroom cleaning, vacuuming and cleaning the kitchen thoroughly. I am planning on a 12 month with them to see how it goes. So far I have my next appointment scheduled and they have given a level of cleanliness excellence everyone in my house try’s to maintain. I would say a monthly cleaning is worth it, if you are a busy person and have a large family to clean up after.

The service from start to finish was fantastic. All questions were answered by the administrative team and the cleaning service was excellent, but n time and fast. I would recommend this company and will also use them again in the future.

About three months ago, we began with Maid Brigade’s standard cleaning every two weeks. The teams of two (for our house, maybe it’s different for other needs) work very hard and very efficiently the whole time they’re here. Their cooperation and coordination are always exceptional; a productivity expert couldn’t organize the work better. Every team has done a good job – e.g., dusting and cleaning all surfaces, even when there are many objects on a surface. I am pleased with the consistent quality. Even with their focus on efficiency, the teams are warm and pleasant to us and to each other, always with at least one person at ease in English.

I have been using the Maid Brigade service for approximately three years on a monthly basis. It pleases me that they try to send the same team each month and while there have been a couple of very minor issues, the service is quick to respond and address the matter.

Lived in this house in Bowie since 1984 & raised four kids in it. Have two dogs & two cats. Getting to old to do a good clening any more since we retired.

The crews have always done a great job. When I have to call headquarters for a scheduling issue or add a service they have been very easy to contact, and my issues get resolved in a timely and a professional manner.
