I had my first visit from the Maid Brigade team last week and am very pleased with the result. Three very nice ladies came in smiling, worked quickly, paying attention to small details and left my house sparkling!

We have had Maid Brigade for a few years and highly recommend them. Everything that has been said in other reviews is true - on time, very fast, very thorough, the place looks amazing when they are done, and the crew is absolutely top notch. One thing I haven't seen mentioned is the certified green cleaning aspect. I have used other services before and most leave the house with the scent of artificial chemical cleaners which I am very sensitive to. When I come home after Maid Brigade there is no trace of any chemical smell - and the place just smells . . . clean.

The decision to call Maid Brigade is the smartest one I've made this year. The team is always on time, and remarkably efficient. The don't stay long, and my home sparkles when they leave. Why didn't I call sooner? Now I can invite people over.

Maid Brigade has cleaned our home for many years. We use a cleaning service because we don’t have time to do as thorough a cleaning ourselves. We chose Maid Brigade because we have allergies and we liked the fact that Maid Brigade uses green cleaning products and HEPA filter vacuum cleaners. The women that come to our home work hard and efficiently. I appreciate that they work around all the clutter in our home and that I don’t feel I need to do a lot of picking up & pre-cleaning before they arrive. Most of the women do not speak a lot of English, so I don’t talk with them directly much, but I can leave them a note or relay any concerns, questions or instruction to them through their office. I strongly recommend Maid Brigade for anyone looking for a good cleaning service.

Maid Brigade always does a very good job. Their workers are efficient, courteous and well organized. I especially like the fact that a supervisor periodically shows up unannounced to check on the quality of the cleaning underway. Our house never looks better than just after Maid Brigade has finished.

The ladies are very friendly and work around my presence as I am disabled and it would be difficult for me to leave while they clean. They have made friends with my Yorkie and work around her as well.

They are thorough and I always find extra things cleaned that I wasn’t expecting, whether it’s my bed is remade perfectly or the lint I left on my dryer has been removed.

I am very happy with their cleaning every two weeks.

Maid Brigade of Columbia is an excellent company to do business with. You are given a 2 hour window for when they will arrive. The employees are well trained and professional. They walk in and get right to work and don't stop until the job is complete. The same crew has been coming to my house for nearly one year and the house always sparkles when they finish cleaning. I couldn't be happier with their service.
