I have used Maid Brigade in the past for move out/in cleanings with great results. I recently had my first deep cleaning with Maid Brigade before family came over and it took so much stress off of me. The office staff were friendly and communicated well. Scheduling was very easy. The ladies were more thorough than I expected them to be and everything looked great when I got home. It's nice to not have to worry about the professionalism of who is in my home and I expect to use them more often now. Would totally recommend, it's worth it!

Working in the property management field, we are always needing good, reliable vendors to help us out. Maid Brigade is our go to cleaning company! In fact, they are so good that we don't have a back up cleaning company! They are always professional, on time, great at communicating, and always do a great cleaning job. If something is not right, they will do everything in their power to make it right. They get 5 stars from us, we highly recommend their services!

The reservation portion is very responsive. I received a detailed quote, several emails and telephone confirmation prior to their arrival. The maids assisted me through a ‘year end purge’ of the apartment (read: a lot of stuff!) They came in on time, started executing right away and handled all items with care. There are fixtures sparkling that we had no idea they could! Will definitely rebook for future.

We were referred to Maid Brigade of Charlotte after polling our neighbors for some housekeeping recommendations. We recently moved into a rental after selling our primary residence and wanted to keep the place nice and clean without undue stress on us. Maid Brigade was the most often recommended and after 3 cleanings so far, we could not agree more! They are so thorough, kind, and do an amazing job! We would recommend them any day of the week. Every time they are finished – whether I am home while they are working or away and come home to a clean house – I am in awe of how nice the house looks! They dust, sweep, vacuum, mop, clean the windowsills, microwave, appliance fronts, etc etc etc. They move dog beds and go beyond (in my opinion) to provide a really thorough cleaning. We have 3 dogs and it’s like none of them are shedding (when they absolutely are!!) after our maids have...

Ladies are always nice but, I found I did quite a bit of dusting the next day. Even though some things were dusted, alot were not. Shelves, lamp shades. Also, vacuuming was not great. Even though I have one kitty I still found cat hair on my carpets. The mirrors in the primary bedroom bathroom were not cleaned well. They were very streaky. These are not major issues but, I feel I should post something. My home is not hard to clean because I keep up in between cleanings. I'm disappointed that I need to bring these items to your attention because I do like your service.

Maid Brigade has done a fantastic job cleaning our home fo many years. They listen to what you need done and they perform exceptionally.

I have been using Maid Brigade of Charlotte since 2003 and they have been amazing...so professional, so accommodating, and always an excellent job...they made friends with my German Shepherds, then my Corgis and now my Beagles...and knowing I have dogs its an understatement that my house needs super cleaning each week.
