I've had a monthly cleaning appointment with maid brigade for about 3 months now. They always show up exactly when they say they will, and they do a great job every time! The ladies (Idalia, Paty, and Alida) always do a wonderful job, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the level of care they take in their work. I would also be remiss if I didn’t recognize Amelia and Matthew in the office who schedule our appointments. My wife is an ICU nurse and my own calendar can sometimes change unexpectedly, and they are always very gracious and willing to work with us when needed.

Maid Brigade is careful, trustworthy, on-time, and willing to make the small adjustments I request. I love the fact that they use green products and are always looking to update/improve. We regularly have the same lead person. Management follows up promptly on any requests or feedback.

We have used Maid Brigade of Charlotte house cleaning service every other week for 20 years and are always delighted with the job they do. Team 2 with the same team leader has been with us for almost 20 years. We give Maid Brigade our highest possible recommendation.
