Maid Brigade of Charlotte

I used Maid Brigade for several years while I lived in Charlotte and had a wonderful experience with them. These ladies always did a wonderful job cleaning when they came and communication with the supervisors and office staff worked very well via email. I hope I can find a cleaning service as good as this one for my new home! Thanks Maid Brigade!

This service is great. The back office makes sure to give me a one hour window of arrival for my cleaners and they are always within that time frame. The "maids" are pleasant and very conscientious, they are always willing to go the extra mile to please their customers.

Flexible scheduling, EXCELLENT results... I couldn't be happier with Maid Bridgade! I work hard and their services give me back my weekends!

Love my Maid Brigade. I've been using them for about 6 years. Warm caring ladies bring their team of 2 or 3 every other week, clean my house beautifully, and are finished in about 2 hours. If I call the day before and add specific jobs, they have always been able to get it done. Example: Dinner party planned and refrigerator needed cleaning. Baseboards added. Screened in porch added on.

Generally they do good work. Sometimes it is hard to communicate with the cleaning crew as there is a language barrier. If any improvements were made, dusting could be more thorough. The best part is that I do not not have to clean.

Everything is perfect! So thankful to have you guys help make my life less stressful with one less thing to do! So worth it!!!
