I recently had my kitchen, bathroom and much of my living room cleaned by a team of 2 nice ladies from Maid Brigade. They were very thorough with the job they did. I had neglected cleaning my apartment over the past year or so and it really showed! However, the ladies did a commendable job and my place looks as clean and nice as when I first moved into it over 7.5 years ago. Plus, the ladies were very congenial and engaging to deal with. I look forward to contacting Maid Brigade for another cleaning job next month (January 2023).

After having a baby, my house was in need of deep cleaning. Maide Brigade did an amazing job! They have great communication between client and cleaners. The ladies did a marvelous job, were very professional, and kind. Everything that I asked for was done and exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend this company.

When I moved into a rental unit last Friday, I found it unexpectedly filthy. The rental company said they weren't going to be able to get their cleaner there until Monday. I really wanted the unit cleaned before the movers dropped all the furniture. I contacted Maid Brigade in Alexandria to see if they'd be able to provide same day (ASAP) cleaning services. They were happy to assist me and arrived very shortly after. The two personnel they sent were prompt and professional. The movers arrived and were able to place the furniture down on a clean surface. Not only did they provide great thorough service, it was also very expeditious. I could not be more grateful for their assistance.

Maid Brigade’s cleaning crews are thorough, respectful, and efficient. The office is well managed, and I’m notified well in advance of any rare conflicts with the ongoing schedule (some major holiday rescheduling). They’ve had a key to my house way before I had a Ring doorbell, and it’s never been an issue whether or not anyone is home during my scheduled cleaning. I love coming home to a house that’s reliably been well cleaned at a reasonable price.

I have used Maid Brigade since 2014 to clean my condo every three weeks. The cleaning teams have always done outstanding work during this time. The cleaning always includes bathroom and kitchen cleaning of counters, floors, sinks, tubs and occasionally cabinet doors. For the living room, dining area, and two bedrooms, cleaning always involves dusting and vacuuming. Fresh linens are put on the bed. The Maid Brigade team is made up of two maids and occasionally three. The two core team members remain constant over long periods of time. I enjoy having my apartment reset-to-clean every three weeks. I have always found the Maid Brigade maids to be professional, engaged, very competent and polite. During the 2020 and 2021 Covid crisis, the maids always wore masks as did I.

I have forgotten how long I have been a Maid Brigade customer, but for some years now I have been fortunate to have had the services of a consistent team of two lovely ladies who are prompt, thorough, and so pleasant to work with. They happily comply when I ask them to use my own product, willingly put up with my big, lovable, but devious rag-stealing pup, and clearly take pride in their work. Thanks Team A1 and Maid Brigade.
