I want to commend the service that I got from Maid Brigade, it was excellent. The two individuals in the team that showed up that morning to clean my apartment were exemplary. They were efficient, thorough, and polite. They were able to clean up one particularly sticky residue on an appliance that I was unable to clean off by myself, and I appreciated that. I would definitely recommend Maid Brigade to friends.

I had never used a maid service before, but with family coming to my place for Christmas right after my return from a long overseas trip, I concluded it was a necessity. Glad I did. The customer service team was very communicative of what I needed to do beforehand, and then the two cleaners--Sarahi P and Alicia A--both did a great job with my place. I plan to use them again when I host at my place.

After visiting my son’s new apartment, I wanted to gift him with a good deep clean. I don’t live in the area and time was limited so I couldn’t. I shopped around for quotes and while Maid Brigade wasn’t the cheapest, they were professional, and answered all of my questions from beginning to end.

This was the first time I’ve ever used a professional cleaning service. They were in my son’s apartment and cleaning at the given window of time. When my son arrived home, he was ecstatic of how clean & organized his apartment was. He sent pics and FaceTimed me and I too was extremely pleased with the work you all did.
