Maid Brigade is a good company. They show up on time and are efficient with the cleaning of the house. They provide a thorough cleaning of all rooms.

All the stars for Maid Bridade. We've tried other services as well as independent cleaners and the Brigade is the best so far. Very efficient, professional and friendly and they went above and beyond by doing dishes that happened to be in the sink.

It was my first time hiring a maid, and I honestly didn't know exactly what to expect. However, Maid Brigade made sure I understood everything I needed when I called to book the service. Every person I have spoken with has been knowledgeable and kind. On top of the customer service, the team that cleaned my basement apartment went above and beyond, getting every nook and cranny clean and dust-less (there's a lot of them because it's a basement). They even emptied and cleaned all of the books on my many cube storage shelves. I will definitely be hiring them for regular cleaning.

Efficient and thorough

We've been looking into a cleaning service for a while now and found Maid Brigade on a walk. We were doing some home improvements and took a break to walk with our toddler. Right across the parking lot of floor and decor we saw the Maid Brigade car fleet and wrote down the number. We gave them a call later that week and set up our first cleaning. We were very pleased with the results and will schedule again. The team #19 was very professional, they pointed out areas of concern and were very good at communicating so it was easy to get our home cleaned the way we like it. The only thing I'd say is that it's hard to get on schedule because they are so good and booked, but customer service, Lauren, made a way and worked it out. Thanks so much.

Maid Brigade did a very thorough and professional cleaning job.

We use the cleaning service every other week and couldn't be more pleased. We get a two hour window, which they always make or will text (usually cuz they are going to be early). They navigate the apartment building concierge (getting a key, etc.). Once in the apartment they go to work quickly and thoroughly. They even clean the wall behind our dog's food bowl! And, they are super sweet to our dog who just walks around the apartment with them while they are cleaning. The communication is super fast and easy with them. I think we've had two "issues/questions" in 6 months and were able to handle by text without any difficulty at all. Very impressed and happy!

Maid Brigade has been our house cleaning service for many years now. We have the same team of wonderful cleaners each time. They are professional, friendly, trustworthy and conscientious. The coordinators are always very responsive when we have questions or if we need to make a change. Highly recommended.

We started out with a deep cleaning and have since been using Maid Brigade for over a year, happy with the service. Most of the time we have the same team. We have a double coated dog who loves visitors and to "help" with cleaning - the crew is very kind to him and they manage to clean up all the loose pet hair. They do a good job with the basic cleaning and with the occasional extra request we may have. There was only one time a spill on the kitchen floor was not mopped up properly, but in general the place always looks/feels/smells great after they are done.

Had a really excellent experience getting my home cleaned for the first time by Maid Brigade. They were very friendly over the phone gathering details, I thought the price was fair, and the women who cleaned were very kind and thorough. We have a pitbull and they were also unbothered and accommodating to that. Will definitely be a returning customer!

I have recently started using Maid Brigade in 2020 on the recommendation of my neighbor. As of writing this review I have had 3 or 4 cleanings. My first cleaning was a deep cleaning that included cleaning out my refrigerator and my stove which was a big plus to me. The staff are friendly and professional and are always masked up. The staff also clean at a good speed, usually they can get through my 4 bedroom, 4 bath townhome in less than 2 hours. I do need to note here that I have 2 rooms in my house that are currently completely empty so they only require a vacuum because I am not done furnishing my house. I would recommend Maid Brigade, even during COVID having a clean home is important and this company does a wonderful job.

The Maid Brigade is by far and away the best cleaning service available in the DC market. Two things stand out: When one first signs on, a supervisor accompanies the cleaning team to the home, supervises a "deep cleaning," and then develops a plan for the regular service. The plan is reviewed with the customer and a price is set. Every detail and accommodation is precisely what the client asks for and agrees with. Second, each cleaning is meticulous. The service is consistent cleaning to cleaning with no item every left undone, indicative of never rushing through the job. Highly recommend this service.

They were punctual and extremely nice. They did a great job! Will definitely use their services again. Left off a star because they were a bit on the high side in terms of price compared to others. But I understand it is a competitive market here in DC

We're very happy with Maid Brigade. They mostly operate via text messages and that's worked out wonderfully with us. They give us a heads up and we can rearrange our schedule very easily. The price is fair, and we're happy with the quality service. There was one time where they accidentally broke a vase that I had and immediately notified me, saved the plant that was in it, and reimbursed us the cost of the replacement. Highly recommend!
