I had my apartment cleaned today by Gloria and Martha
They did good work especially when considering that there was alot of dusting involved on top of the cleaning. Their customer service was Great they were polite, professional and they arrived on time after giving me a heads up that they were on their way. Also they scheduled me in pretty quickly I called them yesterday to set up the appointment after having a bad experience with Molly maid. But the reason for the 4 stars is because they rushed out quickly after cleaning the living room area and they did not put everything back in its place. Gloria said they had stayed pass their time but I’m paying by the hour so I didn’t quite understand that. nonetheless everything still should have been put back in its place. They left the stuff that was moved, laying on my couch and foot stool which caused my furniture to then have lint...

The team that always comes to my house monthly are fantastic. Gloria and her team are prompt, courteous and most of all they care. I enjoy seeing them every month and they make my home so nice and clean when they finish. I absolutely love them

The team that cleaned my apartment did an excellent job, they followed instructions and asked questions. My little puppy loved them but had to send him to a neighbor home so they can get started (lol) my bathroom was smelling good and loved that everything was cleaned and no more dirt. Baseboards were cleaned as well. Would recommend Maid Brigade to friends and I will be using your services again only if I can get the same two people. Please offer discounts.

The end result (a clean house) is fantastic, but the value add is imparted by the smooth and pleasant interactions with the company, from the customer service representatives to the delightful and kind cleaning team. The cleaning team is consistently good, but the last time I worked with them was the best. With an unexpected power outage coinciding with their arrival, they managed to essentially clean our place in the dark to avoid having to reschedule. Truly remarkable and much appreciated.

They did a great job with the cleaning, from the floors, to the inside of my fridge, to windowsills, bathroom, and even folding some clothes I left on my bed! The cleaners were on time and very personable, and the job was completed sooner than I expected.

Really pleased with my first experience! Easy to schedule, on time, efficient, cost effective, and most of all the work was very thorough and clean! Will be using Maid Brigade again in the future!

Wonderful job! The Maid Brigade team did a phenomenal job, exceeding all expectations. My home was in great shape before they came. I truly didn’t think they would have too much to do, but the level of cleaning that the team provided was incredibly thorough…windows, blinds, dusting places I could never reach. Cleaning my kitchen and living spaces until they sparkled. I highly recommend Maid Brigade!

All the stars for Maid Bridade. We've tried other services as well as independent cleaners and the Brigade is the best so far. Very efficient, professional and friendly and they went above and beyond by doing dishes that happened to be in the sink.

It was my first time hiring a maid, and I honestly didn't know exactly what to expect. However, Maid Brigade made sure I understood everything I needed when I called to book the service. Every person I have spoken with has been knowledgeable and kind. On top of the customer service, the team that cleaned my basement apartment went above and beyond, getting every nook and cranny clean and dust-less (there's a lot of them because it's a basement). They even emptied and cleaned all of the books on my many cube storage shelves. I will definitely be hiring them for regular cleaning.
