In my experience, Maid Brigade consistently does a great job - thorough, thoughtful, and efficient. Glenda and her team typically are assigned to our home every two weeks and they always leave it in great shape.

This was my first time using a cleaning service and it was very smooth, professional, and they did a wonderful job cleaning top to bottom! The communication with the office coordinator was great, checking in and making sure everything went well. I’m looking forward to continuing on a regular basis!!! The freedom I now have to give time to other projects and tasks is amazing. Thank you!

I have used this service for years and years. They are always very professional. And they clean beautifully. Because I am handicapped and for years had multiple dogs, I was worried about hiring a cleaning service because the situation seemed so awkward, but the maids handled everything beautifully and continue to do a wonderful job.

I have been a Maid Brigade customer for several years. Last week I called them to explain that my infant granddaughter was coming for a visit and that our home needed an emergency cleaning. Lauren jumped right in, got me on the schedule and sent a team the following day. It was a huge relief! We contacted a handful of the major services, and Maid Brigade was the first to respond, and also the only one who even tried to handle the short-notice cleaning. The team was on-time, did a great job, and we've decided to continue with them for the monthly cleanings. I also enjoyed interacting with the support team, very responsive, precise, and friendly.
