Louis was extremely professional, arrived early, created an incredible, in depth report to help give me the peace of mind needed when it comes to buying a home! He was extremely thorough and took his time explaining the systems and any concerns with the home to me, answering every question I had about the home, gave me a ton of tips and tricks when it comes to home maintenance, overall extremely pleased and happy going with Magnified Home Inspections!

Louis was very personable, patient and detailed throughout this process. Our first encounter over the phone was more than expected and I knew he was the one for the job after about 2 minutes. His explanation of things was very clear and he didn't mind answering the same question as many times as needed. He took his time during the home inspection. As a first time home buyer, everything was new to me and he made sure I was comfortable and informed. I've recieved many follow up calls after inspection to check in and see if I had any additional questions. Louis even offered to come out and show us all the important things we should know how to find and operate after we move in. His service is top notch!
