My daughter attended MMR April 2021 - August 2023. The current Director Karly always comes off as unwelcoming and unhappy. You can never tell if she’s in a good mood because she always looked miserable passing by. There is no PTA or communication amongst parents which is odd to me because other locations had this option. Drop off and pickup always felt uncomfortable like they were kicking me out of the door as fast as possible. They struggle to keep teachers and for the entire time my daughter was enrolled she never had a consistent teacher for longer than a few months, ever. Even though my daughter has special needs they held her back from being in her age level. After she left MMR her speech progressed immediately and she began washing her hands on her own at 3, so I guess MMR never consistently taught her that amongst other things. They have lied to me about incident reports and tried to cover up neglectful issues since I enrolled her. An example is blaming me for her diaper rashes, when she never had one since birth before being enrolled. MY BIGGEST PET PEEVE IS THEIR FACEBOOK PAGE PHOTOS ARE A MAJORITY OF TEACHERS KIDS IN PICTURES. NOT THE REAL PARENTS KIDS. The employees kids get treated 10/10. Can’t say the same for all enrollment. Don’t choose MMR as a long time parent who attended here not knowing any better of how the education and consistency here are the bare minimum if any.

I’d like to add that with my daughter having special needs, it became very clear to me that she was treated as an outcast at MMR. At a younger age she would come home looking like nobody was watching her eat dirt. As a toddler she came home with overflowing and poop diapers constantly. After educating more on education programs and unenrolling my daughter who has speech delay… she began saying Mommy, Yes, and No to any question I ask her. I don’t know what MMR did with their kids all day but to my knowledge the majority of the staff do the bare minimum and hardly follow the terrible curriculum (learning beyond paper) that should be followed.

Ending my daughters experience at MMR 2 days before her last day, I was told at pick up my daughter fell off of the playground and her eye was black and blue. I got told no teacher witnessed the fall and they had to ask students to figure out what happened to cause her injury. No incident report was filed that day. That’s a required policy.
The next day , her last day, I received a bare minimum incident report written by the Assistant Director stating she bumped her head standing up. They are dishonest people as a whole company please do not enroll your child in MMR or any MM location.

There would not be so many ads on indeed and job listings if the Owner, Vice President, and Regional director were professional or even INVOLVED anywhere but the PHOENIXVILLE LOCATION but they are not. They lack communication and talk with artificial happiness or pure ignorance. They are not genuine.

There would not be so many facebook ads for enrollment if it was a good place, so many children wouldn’t have unenrolled to create the space for more children to suffer.

MMR is also on a food program where children are fed basically no food at meal times. I’ve witnessed one slice of thin cucumber cut in 3 triangles served to a 2 year old as a vegetable option. My child was starving while enrolled here because food from home is forbidden and their food options are awful and served in bare minimum servings to growing children.

****Please do not trust your child under their care. They put on a good show for the drop off and pick up times. Believe me when I say they do nothing with their children.

Would also like to add how they have an inexperienced regional director Meagan Foster who talks to people with ignorance and fakeness. She hasn’t made any positive impact on any school she oversees. She talks to people like she’s yelling in a divorce argument..
Don’t trust Mary Kate with your children, she writes fake incident reports to make their center look better and threw toys at my child during nap. WAKE UP NEYDARY
