Great school, clean facility, better people

We had a great experience at Goddard School of Parsippany and having our one year old son here. The owners are excellent and very caring. We really appreciate the Director of the school as well as she is very involved in the process and very knowledgeable. In addition, the teachers of the school are very organized and bring great energy which results in the children having a lot of fun.

We started our son at Goddard two weeks ago, and it has been an amazing experience! We love the program and the skills he’s learning. The director, Stacy, is fantastic—very hands-on and always responsive when we reach out. She’s a true leader!

The owners are also incredible. Pavan is easy to talk to, very detail-oriented, and actively involved in the daycare. He keeps an eye on all the kids and stays aware of everything happening inside.

The teachers are wonderful, especially Alex, who is great with the kids. She connected with him instantly and we are comfortable knowing that she creates an environment where our son and other kids will thrive. Our son loves her! She’s very focused on teaching new skills while kids have fun and has been a big help in transitioning him away from habits like using a blankie and drinking from a milk bottle.

Nerale and Pavan were amazing. So welcoming to the point that my 7 month old son would be excited to see Pavan in the morning and wouldn’t let him go if Pavan was holding him when I came to pick them up. Nerale and the director Stacy always have bright smiles in the morning, so no matter how harried you’re feeling, you suddenly feel much more relaxed. They were very communicative, letting me know about everything from a diaper rash to a fall.

You also receive an end of day report, sometimes with pictures, about how much your child ate and slept. The doors always remain locked. The classes are small with a high child to caregiver ratio, and each kiddo has their own crib and cubby.

I will say an added lovely touch and sense of comfort (specific to my experience) was that the owners’ infant daughter was in the same class as my son.

We absolutely love The Goddard of Parsippany! The entire staff, especially our daughter’s teacher, Ms. Noran and the owners, Ms. Nerale and Mr. Pavan are extremely caring, friendly, and attentive. Your child is treated like family. The school is a safe and nurturing environment. The curriculum is also well structured promoting both academic and social development. Our experience has been great and we highly recommend this school!

We love the Goddard team in Parsippany! Our son went there for a year and a half and had such a great experience. It's really hard to put into words the exceptional and nurturing care the Goddard School of Parsippany provides for the children and their families. The owners, Ms. Nerale & Mr. Pavan, the directors Stacy & Ashley, and the teachers Ms. Nicole, Ms. Anu, and Ms. Alex are nothing short of phenomenal. Every single employee treats you and your child like family. They quickly become your village, rooting for your child every day. They are patient, welcoming, and comforting - a safety net if you will. You can tell this is so much more than a mere job to them. Their love and care for children radiates in everything they do. My son goes to school happily every morning. He has learned so much already, and the activities they provide are always age appropriate tailored to engage kids and develop their skills. I cannot say enough good things about The Goddard School of Parsippany. I really like how they have redesigned the entire school. The cleanliness is behind compare to other schools that my children have been enrolled at!!

New owners Nerale and Pavan have been amazing. They are very accommodative and attentive to our needs as well as to our son.
They have done numerous upgrades to the facility greatly improving the overall experience. They are also excellent communicators, reaching out frequently and updating us on everything that we need to know. Our son loved going there and teachers Ms. Gowri and Ms. Rosa were simply wonderful to him. They both are so patient and kind. Also want to add that they all put on an absolutely fantastic and touching graduation ceremony for the pre-k group.

The new owners are amazing and have done wonders to the school!! The school is very clean and there is definitely great things to come here!

Jennifer the lead teacher from the infant class at Goddard School has been an immense source of comfort for us as new parents. Her attentive care and reassuring presence have eased our worries about leaving our newborn in daycare. Jennifer's professionalism and nurturing approach make her a trusted caregiver. We especially appreciate how she diligently follows our specific feeding and sleep schedule, and provides regular diaper change updates through the school's app. We are grateful for her dedication at the Parsipanny location.

We have been part of the Goddard School of Parsippany family since 2019. My oldest son loved his time at Goddard and he was very prepared for his transition to Preschool. My youngest son is still enjoying his time at Goddard and growing and thriving every day. All the teachers have been absolutely amazing and are beloved by my children. The owners of the school are attentive, kind, and truly wonderful people. We are extremely happy about the care and education that our kids have and are continuing to receive here. I am extremely satisfied with Goddard’s exceptional care and education provided to my son. This is my son’s first school and it was very hard for him to separate from parents and start going to school but Miss Ayo demonstrated remarkable dedication and compassion, ensuring my son felt safe and supported throughout his time at the school. Goddard school is the first school of my child. He had hard time while seprating but, Thank you Ms. Noran for your patience and commitment to supporting our child. This mean a lot to us. With your guidance, He has developed into a confident and capable child.

Our son started here as a three month old, and each day he is nurtured and cared for by his teachers, the school regularly communicates with us, sending updates and photo’s throughout the day. Leaving our baby with anyone is hard, but we know he’s being cared for at Goddard.

Both of my kids going to Goddard @ 311 Smith road since 2021, they love it! As a parent I really appreciate friendly nature of staff to reply all my inquiries, keeping upto date to each parent on needed basis when parents anxiety levels goes up and off course their daily activities chart for each kids allows us to find out what kids did! It is important for us that they focus on kids freedom of learning and playing for their good growth and development instead of how other day care does focuses on unnecessary things instead of our child happiness! For each time questions raised by us had satisfactorily replied to connect the dots between teacher and our child. Kids gets to be kids and not become a part of ship in crowd and that’s what matters for us as each kid is special and individual in own it’s way! We have been very happy and lucky to find this village to raise both of our child...

My son recently started going to this daycare, he started at 10 months old, and all I can say is that his teachers are AMAZING. They are friendly and you can see that they care.

Goddard of Parsippany took such good care of our 2 year old daughter. She was so excited to go to 'school' every morning and was all smiles at the end of the day. I highly recommend this daycare to any family who's considering it. They are organized, clean, professional, and truly care for your little one as their own.

My family and I are so thankful for the wonderful teachers, administration and staff at the Goddard School! From day one we were greeted with open arms and a welcoming community and as a working mom, the peace of mind knowing my child was safe and being cared for is something that I will always be thankful for. Thank you for all of the support, guidance and knowledge you have offered to our family, we will miss all of you!

Very good school.. this place is always clean and safe and provide a great learning environment for kids with a lot of fun filled activities planned through out the day. Teachers are very responsible , provide 1 on 1 feedback and support kids individual development needs. Our daughter and son both went to Goddard during their early childhood days and I believe this place has helped lay the foundation for them to be successful in school.. One of the best daycare centers in this area - I would highly recommend.
