Thank you Stephen and folks at Luv-A-Rug for taking care of our old Soumak Rug. Your knowledge, professional assessment and advice all helped in restoring our beloved rug to it's former colours. This is the third time we have used Luv-a-Rug to care for our rugs and we have never been disappointed.

I took three large British India rugs to Luv-A-Rug recently to have them cleaned. Two of them had been in my office and had been exposed to heavy foot traffic. One of them had been in a storage locker for a lengthy period of time and had droppings from rodents on it. Dusty and his team did a wonderful job of cleaning the rugs. They look brand new and I will be putting them in my new home in the near future. Kudos to Dusty and his team.

Dusty and his crew did a terrific job of cleaning a cherished area rug we brought back from our travels in Turkey. They are the EXPERTS and I highly recommend them.

We have a wool rug that is part of the family. It was getting close to Christmas and we left getting it cleaned a bit too late. Luv-A-Rug did a great job of squeezing us in and got it back to us on Christmas Eve.

We have had several rugs cleaned by Luv-A-Rug over the years and the service has always been exceptional. They have cleaned a variety of rugs for us, including some very nice Persian rugs and some less expensive rugs. We have a busy household which includes dogs and a cat, so our rugs get lots of wear and tear. All the rugs we have had cleaned at Luv-A-Rug look like new afterwards. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

We invested in a quality carpet a few years ago, and were thinking about getting it cleaned. We saw Dusty on Chek TV demonstrating how Luv-A-Rug washes carpets and thought that would be the best way to go. Well, we are so pleased that we called him. Our carpet looks beautiful, clean and bright. Dusty is so Personable and knowledgeable about his craft. He picked it up and delivered it back and didn’t leave till we were happy with everything.

Great service! Dusty was helpful, informative, efficient, and he saved our carpet from carpet moths that had been infesting it. He cleaned our carpet, repaired it, and told us how to prevent further damage. He picked up and delivered. Bonus: it cost less than he estimated!

Dusty and the staff take obvious pride in their work, and value doing a good job for the sake of their customer, but also because they have respect for the craftspeople and skilled trade behind a woven rug.

I brought in a handmade African Berber rug that I treasure, but that my young children had graced with the usual bodily fluids, food, juice - and playdoh worked into the tassels and soiled until it was black! I can't tell where the playdough or red juice spots were. But I was most impressed by the effort they took to try to find out where the rug was from, help me understand how to care for it, and appreciate the work the weaver did, as I got it second hand from an estate sale and didn't know much about it. I appreciate and enjoy my rug even more now, thank you!

We have a large Persian rug that we've had cleaned twice by Love A Rug and the last time they also repaired an area on it. Their service is wonderful and they are so knowledgeable. They also carry it into the shop for us and back out to our car. Important when it's a 9' X 12' wool rug. We will definitely take our rug back there again and trust them completely to do another fine job.

We've been bringing our carpets to Luv-A-Rug for years now. Dusty and his crew are the most experienced and knowlegable carpet cleaners in town. They've also done incredible work when our precious carpets have needed some repairs. They've helped solved our pet-stain issues countless times! We were recently living temporarily in the north and had to resort to a local carpet cleaner there. Sadly, our lovely white wool carpet yellowed and looked very sad following that cleaning. Upon our return to Victoria, we took that carpet and others back to Luv-A-Rug for their TLC treatment. We're so happy to have our treasured white carpet was restored to its original beauty. Was able to tackle beyond just rugs! Helped me out with moth treatment on some old wool uniforms and cleaning a small chair. Professional, fast and above all, knows what they're doing. Highly recommend, will definitely be back.

Luv a Rug cleaned a no. of rugs for me these past months as again, I have hard wood floors and wanted to both warm up the space and muffle sound. My adventures took me to consignment stores, Value Village and a garage sale, finding the 'perfect' rugs for my space .
If I had not known of what 'miracles' Luv a Rug can achieve with a dirty, sometimes slightly moth-eaten wool rug, I would have missed out on some excellent finds!
Supporting a local business is important to me as well as pleasant, knowledgeable service, and, I now have 'refurbished' rugs which are a pleasure to have in my home!
