We met Dusty at a cleaning convention in Las Vegas about four or five years ago at a time when we were looking to find something different to do with our carpet cleaning business. Dusty was instrumental in inspiring us to follow our dream of learning about and cleaning Oriental and other fine area rugs. He unselfishly shared his vast knowledge and expertise with us as we were growing our business. He was never more than a phone call away with advice and answers to questions, especially about cleaning delicate or difficult rugs. Because we learned so much from him, we know he is one of the best in the business and will handle every client's rugs with care and attention and as though he personally owns each one himself. We would recommend him to anyone currently living in the Victoria area or moving from our area...

We had four rugs cleaned and repaired, 3 were returned clean and repaired quickly but unfortunately one Hamadan rug was misplaced for awhile but Dusty found it in the end. The four stars comes from the fact he did not charge us the repairs on the carpet and he gave us underlay at no charge for our inconvenience. We have used Lov-A-Rug at least two other times with good results.

Service is excellent and the two rugs I took in look great! That said, the cost of cleaning exceeded the cost of at least one rug. It seems ridiculous that it is cheaper to throw away a 8x10 rug than clean it, but I guess when everything is made in developing countries with minimal labour or environmental protections, that's what you get.

Not only was my rug handled with care and we'll cleaned but I really appreciated learning more about my hand loomed rug from sweet and knowledgeable staff. They went above and beyond with patience. Sorry I don't have more rugs....

Went here to get our beautiful rug cleaned and I was not disappointed. It was done sooner than I expected it to be which was a welcome surprise. The people working here are super knowledgeable and told me about where my rug was from originally and the special types of materials that were used to make it (that would fend off snakes).
