I don’t even know where to begin when it comes to Luisa because what she has done for me words alone can’t even describe, she is more than a realtor when she takes you on as a client she literally becomes your family even a year after I bought my house she still checks on me, I recall One moment where I was a victim of identity theft which occurred six months after I purchased my house and all my bank account was completely wiped by the scammers I called Luisa just trying to get information on how to protect my mortgage and out of nowhere she asked me did I have money for my diabetic medication and I said no but I would manage without hesitation Luisa deposited money into my account I was so moved by her generosity that I will never use another realtor if it is not this incredible woman who went from being my realtor to becoming literal guardian angel.
