I came to LSTC for an injured knee. I didn't realize how damaged it was because I had gotten used to the pain/discomfort. Through progressive exercises and taking things back to the basics, I have learned how to work on strengthening the muscles to alevitate pain. It is a slow process, but the staff celebrated my victories and encouraged me to keep going. It will still take time but the tools LSTC gave me will get me there faster.
