I want to thank all the PTS and ATs that worked with me dealing with lower back pain issues. They've taught me lots of exercises to build up core strength and my leg and glute muscles. This was the kick start I needed to get back to having a regular exercise program so that I can walk, squat, stand and just move around with less pain and discomfort. Thanks to all the friendly people at LSTC 😃.
