I came to LSTC with lower back pain and couldn't sleep, sit, nor stand without pain. An avid exerciser, I could not work out without being in agony for days afterward. I was depressed and frustrated, fearing I would be one of those people who would have to live with lifelong back pain. Thankfully, though after 2 months of physical therapy, I no longer have back pain. I am able to sleep without waking up, drive my car for long periods without discomfort, and exercise at the gym again. I am so much happier and feel like I'm back to my normal, healthy self. LSTC was always encouraging, even I felt like I would never get better. The therapists here are true experts (dare I say even miracle workers) and make the physical therapy fun. The entire staff is a pleasure to work with and seem to have great comraderie with each other. They work as a team and make the patients feel welcome. This is my third gym injury and third time here, and each time I've gotten better. I have no doubt I will be back next time I injure myself and won't hesitate to refer my friends and family. This place is truly special! Thank you Loudoun Sports Therapy Center!
