First and most Nobody paid me to type this review!!

Second I wanted to take the time to shout THANK YOU to staff!!

I have OA in my right knee and since I rely on the left so much, my left knee is starting to act crazy. I voluntarily chose this facility based upon the reviews I read. The reviews are on point. I never felt uncomfortable and was always welcomed with a Hi Liz (front desk girl with the black hair she was real nice Michael, Brandon,Timmy, and many others). I went to another therapy location back in 2018 in reston and it was like a morgue and unhappy therapist, but not here. Everyone took his/her job seriously but with a very personal charm. I never felt pressured and they always asked me how I was feeling.

Due to my job I did not finish my last 5 sessions, and it has been about a month, I have continued my prescribed excercises and have not taken a Tylenol, advil, Ibuprofen, or any arthritis creme. I ride my bike for 20 min, planks, pushups, lifts, calf raises and my A,B,C (little struggle) and don't have to ice knee. I feel great!

I do miss my knee and calf massages by Brandon though!! He is the best! Got tight muscles? Well he will work them out for you!

I am saying all of this to say this, do not hesitate if you are in any knee pain or any pain for that matter ! Call them and show up with a positive attitude and you too will recieve great results!
