I began my physical therapy after hurting my back at work. I learned that I had weak hips and abs which contributed to my over usage of back muscles. After numerous therapy sessions I began to gain strength in my hips and abs. Learning these new exercises allowed me to lessen the strain on my back while building my the strength in my hips. My sympoms conimtued to lesson with the physical therapy sessions. Now I am able to workout without pain.
