Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Good experience s. Would be better with newer instruments.

I was able to schedule convenient times for therapy . I was greeted and processed kindly and quickly . The staff was interested in my progress and concerned that I perform the exercise correctly. Everyone was cheerful and outgoing.

I was having pain in my right knee and having difficulty with getting up and down stairs. The staff and therapists helped me gain strength in my legs. They also helped increase my balance which was really bad.

When I came to Loudoun Sports, I was extemely lazy when it came to my form and stablization. The staff challenged and motivated me to prioritize these things in a way that left me feeling stronger and encouraged to push myself towards larger goals!

Dedicated staff that gave detailed instructions so as make sure all exercises benefitted me. I was challenged in that my injury was keeping me from being positive but they stayed after me and I benefitted overall.

The staff here at LSTC have been wonderful overy the past six weeks. They take very good care of you and make sure to push you just the right amount in your exersises. I would definitely recommend LSTC to anyone with problems big or small.

LSTC is the place to go for all your aches and pains! The therapists and trainers guide you through an individualized plan to help you reach your goals. I am feeling much stronger, with better balance and minimal pain. My quality of life is much improved. I am so glad that LSTC was there for me.
