Everyone I worked with was friendly and knowledgeable. I learned the exercises I need to do to help in my recovery.

I have very weak joints (shoulders ,elbows, knees, you name it) but these folks have brought me back from various injuries for over 15 years and allowed me to get back to the gym and to playing soccer. I am very grateful that they are here for me.

I came to Loudoun Sports Therapy Center feeling there is no hope for my back. However after few sessions I noticed that the pain is getting less for each visit. The therapists and trainers are awesome and will ensure you receive the best care and here for you to get your life back.

LSTC was a great experience . They focused on getting me back to running again
