The team at Loudoun Sports Therapy Center has been wonderful. They know exactly what to do to solve the issues I was facing. They are professional, fun, and make what is generally hard work much easier

The folks here were very attentive and helpful. My main takeaway is greater body and movement awareness. I do find greater comfort in walking and exiting the car. Unfortunately, the tightness is not relieved for long. I still am unable to do stairs normally, but will continue to work on exercises in hopes that improvement may still be somewhat possible.

I came to Loudoun Sports Therapy Center for back pain .Now I few so much better and I am super greatfull for the help of their awsome staff.

Since working with therapists my arm pain has decreased and range of movement has increased . When I arrived I could not move my arm behind my back, now I can touch the middle of my back with minimal pain.

I really appreciated that the therapists pushed me and knew what to focus on so I could get my shoulder back to normal. They are first rate!

I can now move and go about my day pain free.

Since I have been coming here my arms have become much stronger and more resilient. Most nights i have no pain and difficulty moving at night as I was before. I can more easily reach for, open, and close the car door. I can carry and grasp bags and boxes and th more facility. So glad I attended a back workshop and therapy at Loudoun Sports Therapy Center! As a 2nd degree, in TKD i was struggling with pain in my back,and hip and hamstrig pulls. Attending therapy I'm am more flexible and pain is gone !

Fantastic therapists and trainers! Came in with limited mobility in my shoulder and pain. Will probably still have surgery but the pre-hab I'm getting will make post surgery rehab so much better.
