All the staff are excellent and competent. My shoulder pain is greatly reduced and with the home exercises I believe it will continue to improve. If you need PT, this is definitely the place to go.

Had a great experience and have really learned how to better care for my back. My overall back pain has greatly improved and I'm back to doing longer walks.

Very challenging but productive. Therapists were focused on improving my balance and 0verall recovery. THEY WERE CRITICAL TO MY RECOVERY.

I used to have lots of pain and trouble keeping a good posture and just doing daily activities, let alone do any sort of exercise. Now, I can hold my posture well and do those same daily activities without the pain and tightness I used to have. I have so much more mobility and painfree movement, thanks so much to the LSTC team!

I came in for recovery from bunion surgery. It has been an amazing experience while here. My balance , strength, and range of motion have all significantly improved, for both of my feet. Recovering from the surgery has been significantly less painful then when I got the same surgery on the opposite foot without physical therapy. The therapy I received has been amazing and sped up the healing process.

Everyone is very friendly. The therapust write down a lot of notes to know certain things about your progress.

My right knee was unable to squat down completely. After 2 weeks coaching & correction, I'm able to squat all the way down,

I had back pain when I would play sports or even lay down at the end of day. Now I can do many more things with little to no pain. I would really recommend lstc because they make sure to stick with you through the end and make sure that you can make as much progress as possible.

I came in for neck and shoulder pain. The exercises I was instructed to do definitely helped to alleviate my pain. Every time you come in, they pay individual attention to your progress and make adjustments to the exercise as needed. I feel a lot better now and would recommend it.

Overall staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Seemed to be a lot of turnover in receptionist staff. I was also told initially I'd only be seeing 2-3 therapists and I saw over 5. I definitely made progress, but am still not pain free.

I loved my experience here! Every employee is great and super helpful. I now know all the exercises and stretches to help me live a pain free life!

This is my second experience at LSTC and it was as good as 3 years ago. I am back to cycling along with normal daily activities with more strength and mobility. The staff is quite knowledgeable, persistent, encouraging , warm and friendly. Their follow up is 100%. PT takes work but you get results. Thanks, guys.
