I came in with pain behind my knee when I was kicking off my shoes and I could feel it when I slept. After a few weeks of PT I am now able to kick my shoe off, and my sleep is not interrupted. I can also cross my legs while sitting, get up and not feel pain. Thank you.

Could do nothing with your left wrist. Now I can do anything, back to living normal. It was very helpful and everyone was very nice and professional.

After developing some cracking, popping, and discomfort in my right knee while running long distances, I started PT sessions at LSTC. I love this place and wish I could keep coming! My knee is great now and I can walk to the playground with the kids again which is something I haven't been able to do in months-so happy I came here!

Very pleased to have found this practice in my search bc the whole process from start to finish has been extremely easy and pleasant. Not only did my injury improve in the amount of time they suggested, I learned a few new moves that I can incorporate in my daily workouts to keep the pain away. I really enjoyed my time with Shaulan and Mike but believe me when I tell you that everyone is just as caring and friendly. 100% recommend this practice for any PT needs.

This experience made me more aware of the particular muscles that need management

After my PT visits I can now walk and use stairs with no pain or fear. Everyone has been professional and focused while also being friendly. I'm a repeat customer with Loudoun Sports Therapy and would come again if I needed therapy!
