Jackie is a Godsend! I went to Jackie because I could hardly move after being diagnosed with occipital neuralgia. Jackie is so incredibly professional, knowledgeable, talented, and provides excellent care. If I go too long without seeing her, it becomes an issue for me. She has worked with me in such a way that I have begun to function a bit more in my daily life, whereas before I could barely move a muscle without experiencing excruciating pain. Thank you Jackie and thank you everyone at Loudoun Sports and Therapy for your professionalism and fabulous care.

I have been a patient at Loudoun Sports Therapy Ctr for about 8 wks. I've been tough on my body over many years and have endured multiple sports injuries, mostly to my knees. Over those years, I have been prescribed PT so many times and have been a patient at multiple facilities in the area. I don't like PT; in fact, I usually get frustrated (mostly at the pace) and say I'm going to just do the exercises at home...and then I don't follow through. This is the first facility where I actually attended all my sessions, did my exercises, and have followed through. I feel significantantly better and have a better understanding of the root cause of my knee/hip issues. The staff have been great; they are patient, friendly, understanding, very knowledgeable and ensure you have good form and are following through. The use of my arm has been tremendously improved from the nerve damage. I can use my hands, bend my arm and drive now. I can also write which I couldn't do before therapy.

I came to Loudoun Sports Therapy Center after having a Quadriceps Tendon Repair, my thoughts on PT were to expect pain and discomfort but I was pleasantly surprised to find that the therapists I worked with put me through a range of pain free exercises and therapies, the staff at Loudoun Sports Therapy are great they are supportive, encouraging and know how to bring you back to where you were before injury. Thanks Loudoun Sports Therapy coudn't have done it without you.

Right lep and hip pain. Pain has decreased by 75% and movenment has improved.

I came in with back pain cause by my lifting form. I was very happy with everyone frome the front desk staff to the trainers and the therapists. My back pain is gone and I've learned a lot about my form that I cane use going forward. I'm much more confident that I won't cause the same injury and can continue on with my strength goals!

Spacious facility with plenty of tables, machines and bands for any movement. Attentive staff that rotate through each patient. During your hour, you will do stretching, range of motion and strengthening exercises along with manual manipulation of the affected muscles. I have done phys therapy at two other locations in the past 20 years and this is the place to go. At the time of my review, 3/2020, they have been without a Trigger point dry needling tech for three months. They will be getting one soon.

It was good that all therapists were careful to ensure that I was both receiving the benefit of each exercise and was not being pushed to the point of pain or injury to my invcision. All therapists were very kind and personable.
