I would highly recommend LSTC if you are looking for a physical therapy place. LSTC and it's staff are very efficient and helped me with my neck and arm pain. They taught me the necessary techniques to continue my physical therapy program at home. Great place and experience.

I had a great experience. The staff was very welcoming and took a vested interest in me. I felt like they really cared about me and helping me recover. I would definitely return if I ever needed more help in the future. Scheduling was very easy and they helped try to get me in very often.

Very good results walking and bending my left knee. Stairs are getting easier to go up and down. I feel younger than when I started.

This is my second post operative experience at Loudoun Sports Therapy Center. My only regret is that it wasn't my third; I'd had another knee surgery and unfortunately my insurance told me that LSTC wasn't in network. The therapists here are really on the ball and invested in the rehabilitation of their patients. Additionally I find that they have a great sense of humor and the time flies while I'm here. I highly recommend LSTC for anyone that needs physical therapy; my results were fantastic!

Devin was fantastic! She was friendly, knowlegable, and professional. I was treated for vertigo and feel much better after my treatment.

I had a very successful experience with this team during knee rehab. I am back to enjoying a active lifestyle and all the members of the team were extremely knowledgable and friendly, making multiple weekly visits a pleasure.

The team here at Loudoun Sports Therapy Center has supported me so much through my process of recovering from an overuse injury. They developed an individualized therapy plan for me which has helped me return to running and triathlon training; i feel so much stronger. This is my second time working with Loudoun Sports Therapy Center. This time around was for a dislocated thumb while on the job. When I first started therapy for my thumb I was unable to fully stretch it out or carry heavy weights. I couldn't even open a water bottle. Over time my hand got stronger. I am now able to lift heavy objects and have way more mobility. I would recommend working with Loudoun Sports Therapy. The are very professional and we're helful to my recovery.
