The physical therapists here very helpful! I knew my quad had to get stronger and they showed me some great exercises and made sure my form was good. I now feel much more confident in my knee and I am closer to returning to basketball.

All of the staff is very professional and supportive. I feel like I made great progress toward my goal of being able to be active in the correct manner, without damage to my knee. I recommend them to anyone.

Very knowledgable staff! They really help with proper technique and have an excellent mix of exercises and different things to keep the sessionsninteresting.

Great service! Scheduling was flexible and staff is awesome! Everyone is so helpful and do everything they can to make you feel better. My condition has improved after only 12 visits!

I came here because I hurt my ankle while running. I was having pain while running, walking, and doing daily tasks. All the staff was very friendly, and helpful. I can now run, and walk with no pain. I can now do things I couldn't do before thanks to all the staff. I highly recommend coming here!

My experience at this facility has been very positive and rewarding. I have had several A-Ha moments here where a therapist taught me something new about my body that ultimately helped in regaining my mobility and reducing pain. The personalities that I worked with were always positive, upbeat, and motivational. It surprised me how quickly the hour-long session went by. The pain I came in with is gone. Thank you! I would recommend this place to anyone experiencing pain or difficulty with mobility.

They are all good at listening and making acommodations based off the soreness, the exercise you would prefer to be first, or a new health condition you tell them about. Jenna stands out when it comes to listening well. The staff also does a good job of answering your questions and explaining how an exercise helps you. One of my favorite things about coming here, is that the staff make it fun and an appointment you actually look forward to. Megan and Cierra were great at balancing working hard and having a good time. All of the staff were nice to talk to and work with.

This is my second time being here for a torn ACL . Everyone here has made my recovery possible because of the way they push you to do better. They make sure your ok with every exercises you do so you can recover better then before.
