I didn't think of my posture until I felt pain. This was the core of my problem, every movement we make involves having good posture and engaging the core. Coming to Loudoun Sport's therpy reminded me posture self awareness is not only at the gym. It's everywhere our movement is involved. Great place to go for recovery.

My time at LSTC has been fantastic. I came in for treatment for shin splints due to flat feet. In the few weeks I've been here I've learned so much and feel so much better. I'm now in control of my aching shins and am strengthening my feet to handle running and tennis with less pain. Even more so I'm now able to manage better how I play and how that affects me. I'm now happily able to play tennis with little to no pain. It's such a relief and joy. Thanks Loudoun Sports Therapy Center!

I was really pleased to find this place to do my physical therapy due a low back and pelvic pain that I had for months due to my pregnancy. All the staff are really friendly and the physical therapists really know what they are doing. I recommend this place a lot!

LSTC is a highly organized place. Therapists found the exact problem I had and lead me through the correct exercises to wellness! I do recommend this place!

I have been to Loudoun Sports Therapy Center several times. I keep coming back because they are always friendly and knowledgeable. Currently I am in therapy for a frozen shoulder. It has gotten so much better since I first started. With the therapists help, every day I can do more and more of my everyday tasks. Thank you LSTC!!!

Everyone here has been very sweet and super helpful!

After having joint replacement surgery for my left hip, I decided to visit LSTC to help with my rehabilitation and to accelerate my recovery. LSTC designed a program that helped me improve my strength and mobility over a short 6 week period. I am now capable of returning to my normal activities including golfing, strength training, swimming, and cardio exercises. The staff at LSTC are excellent and I am very grateful for the help they provided to me over the last two months. This was my second PT session at LSTC and I would not hesitate to return if I ever need PT services again.

My experience at LSTC was fantastic. When I started physical therapy, I had severe hip pain that prevented me from golfing, walking long distances, and cycling. The staff at LSTC are excellent and they taught me many new exercises and stretches that reduced my hip pain and improved my mobility and strength. I am very grateful for the help provided to me over the last two months.

I learned through the evaluation that my hips were not aligned properly due to my recent pregnancy and birth and that is why I was so stiff and in pain. Honestly, I was dubious about physical therapy as my pain was so intense, but after five therapy visits and home exercise assignments, I was feeling agile and pain free! The staff were diligent and competent. They also were constantly cleaning the equipment and keeping the spaces as clean as possible during this Covid-19 pandemic. I would definitely recommend Loudoun Sports Therapy to anyone.

This is my second time at LST. I came this time for a hamstring issue that turned out to be back-related. The therapists were able to diagnose my issue and get me back on track with a strengthening program. I am back to running and I am pain-free. Thanks!
