Great staff committed to sessions that increase mobility and decrease pain. The team is always asking how the therapy is working. My sessions were tailored to specifically target problem areas.

Fantastic experience!!! Pain and discomfort in neck and shoulder is nearly gone through the application of stretches and exercises. The staff provided me with an appropriate exercise regime to continue healing at home. I can't thank them enough!!!

The therapists and support staff did a great job rehabbing my leg and ankle . All of the therapists that I worked with provided the same level of excellent care

My experience at LST has been fantastic! The team is so attentive, taking me through therapy with the perfect balance of stretching and strengthening to heal the issues with my neck. I have regained mobility and range of motion in my neck and the strengthening exercises have improved my overall posture. The team is really fun to be around and very encouraging, I hardly feel like I'm working.

I came in with severy hip pain and tightness. After completion of sll my session the hip pain is gone and have increased flexibilty. Highly recommend. All staff were awesome to work with and made it a great environment to heal.

I had amazing results with LSTC. In only 10 sessions I was able to sleep through the night, play with my kids, and get my quality of life back. The entire staff was supportive; from the front desk to every therapist/trainer on the floor. I am so happy I made the choice to take care of my health. Thank you LSTC!

This has been a positive experience. The pain and discomfortor I had while sleeping,walking and going up and down stairs is about gone. All the therapists have been very professional as well as friendly. And always concerned about my progress and any problems I have been having. I have en joyed my time here and highly recommend the facility to anyone.

I came to LSTC due to an ACL injury, I was referred by a coworker who was confident that I would receive great care. I can say I have had a wonderful experience here. Everyone that worked with me was professional and very nurturing to my injury throughout this process. They were motivative and displayed excitement whenever any accomplishment was achieved. I can now go back to my hobbies of cycling and working out. I appreciate all the care provided to me by LSTC, I highly recommend them and their team. Off to sprints now...
