I love everything about LCPT, from wonderful and friendly staff to professional skill. I walked in with a frozen shoulder, after 16 weeks of treatments, I got my pain free life back. I have been several PTs before, LCPT is definitely the best, I will most definitely recommend to others.

It was great working with the physical therapists here. The are attentive and always find ways to address your concerns. Working on my shoulder issues was kind of like having a personal trainer. My shoulders feel stronger and more stable now!

This is my first time doing physical therapy but this center is the best from taking care of their customers and how to work with them to get their health back to normal.

My experience at Loudoun Sports Therapy was fantastic. I had spent 2+ months ignoring intense shoulder pain and after confirming a torn labrum in my shoulder I sought out physical therapy. The entire team was great from the start. They were extremely attentive to what exercises I was comfortable performing and which ones we needed to work on together. They took the time to answer all my questions and provide a tailored exercise routine for me to do at home between sessions. After a month and a half the pain is gone and I truly felt the entire team knew me and cared about my success. Thanks to everyone!

LSTC helped me get back to a place where I felt comfortable and confident doing the things I couldn't this time last year. This is my second time coming here for PT. I absolutely love the pairing with a PT and an athletic trainer to assist in the proper form for the exercises I'm doing. Success comes with your commitment to follow up at home with your exercises. The entire staff and trainers are super friendly and helpful at each appointment.

The staff here has been wonderful, knowledgeable and so helpful. I had a major surgery in October and I am able to resume normal activities and feel stronger. I would definitely recommend anyone that needs therapy to come here.

Started with alot of pain. I now am pain free and working on core strength. The whole experience was very enjoyable. The therapists are very knowledgable and friendly. Would recommend LSTC to anyone.

I can't say enough good things about my experience at LSTC. Everyone on the team is highly capable, helpful, and friendly. This is my fourth time having physical therapy and the team at LSTC is by far the best. I came in following a reverse shoulder replacement, and my recovery has been marvelous. My surgeon commented that my recovery is in the top 1% of patients he has seen.
