It was a wonderful experiance, in regaining my flexability and reducing the severity of pain. I especially ĺoved the tag team method of my therapists, a job well done! Though I have deep issue pain in my back, I will always be back when needed and will always recommend them to others, for a back to basic approach, in gaining much needed normalcy. Thank you for every thing!

Before I was injured, I was running 20 miles/week. I came to LSTC not being able to run at all. Even walking a mile would cause pain and re-aggregate my injury. Now I'm running again! They also helped me regain the confidence to scale back up to my previous mileage. Couldn't have asked for a better team to support and heal me through this injury!

I was recommended to come here to help with my lower back pain from my mother in law since she knew I was looking for a physical therapist and this was a decision I do not regret one bit. I been having back pain for 8 years and could not take it anymore, it was ruining my daily life activities, I felt like a grandma while I was only in my early twentys. This place helped not only reduce my pain with their easy to understand stretches and exercise but they also educated me on how doing them will help me while answering my questions. Everyone at Loudoun Sport Therapy Center is very nice and well educated. I got Leah as my PT and Haylee as her helper and boy was I lucky. Very friendly staff . They don't push me beyond my limits. The exercises are exactly what I need to cure my problems. The facility is clean and sanitized and everybody knows your name!

Everyone I have worked with is extremely friendly and are always concerned about my healing process. They track my progress, they have helped me to heal faster and encourage me to do my exersises at home to continue healing. Everyone is professional, courteous, and can make you laugh to work through your pain. I highly recommend Loudoun Sports Therapy Center.

I really enjoy my time training here. I was in BAD shape when I stared physical therapy here but I decided to commit to the process. It didn't take long to start seeing results, but I sticking to the process was key. I knew where I wanted to be results wise and they're helpeding me get there.

I've through physical therapy for my ankle three times now and LSTC has definitely been the best experience so far. Everyone there was super helpful and supportive in getting me back to doing the activities I love. Would definitely recommend.

Everyone here was great. Staff is patient and understanding, always checking in to see if you're OK with the pain tolerance. I did not rate 5 stars because I asked about dryneedling after being told that a staff member is certified and was still told it was not available. So, I was disappointed that no real explanation was given regarding this request. Therefore, this is why I didn't give them out of 5 stars.

I love everything about LSTC, from wonderful and friendly staff to professional skill. I walked in with a frozen shoulder, after 16 weeks of treatments, I got my pain free life back. I have been several PTs before, LSTC is definitely the best, I will most definitely recommend to others.
