I have very high standards for physical therapists due to bad experiences with past PTs, but the entire staff at Loudoun Sports Therapy Center are absolutely amazing, especially my primary PT, Candace! As someone with chronic illness on top of chronic injuries, finding a PT who had worked with Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome patients in the past and already knew how to work around that was absolutely phenomenal. Add in the fact that they had no issues adapting to using my proper pronouns (Non-binary, They/Them) right away? Outstanding. HIGHLY recommend this practice.

For at least two years I was with a debilitating pain that not even my doctors were able to identify. I had heard of Loudon Sports Therapy Center through an ad in social media, but before I could schedule an appointment, Covid-19 hit us all. When I was at my weakest point I decided that I needed real help. They immediately schedule a date for my assessment and in less than an hour, Candace pinpointed specifically the origin of my pain, and explained and prepared my plan of care. Every step of the way she was there along with Cierra, Sam, Alyssa, and Hailey helping, encouraging, and making sure I was becoming stronger every day. The personalized plan of care to do at home helped me complement what I had gained during my session at LSTC. In just 3 sessions I was able to firmly stand for more than 10 seconds with my left leg. And from then on it was just better and stronger. I am one...

I came in due to lower back pain. The different exercises provided to me really helped to loosen up my hips, back and abs, giving me a lot more mobility. I am able to continue these at home and I am looking forward to continuing them. The entire team was just awesome and very helpful.

I had a great experience receiving physical therapy at lstc. When I arrived I was experiencing serious pain in my back after a heavy lifting session and an ultramarathon. Candace did my intake and immediately diagnosed my back issue, outlined a course of action and immediately started helping me execute it. From the first session to the last, everyone I worked with at lstc was a consumate professional and tailored my PT to enable me to get stronger and heal. Candace, Alyssa, and Cierra pushed me every session and I have been able to address a few other long standing deficiencies due to their diligent work. After receiving pt, I was able to PR my short and long distance runs and I feel better than ever. I recommend LTSC for injuries and athletes of all types.

My experience at Loudoun Sports Therapy Center was over all amazing and very enjoyable. I joined LSTC because of knee pain/discomfort and after only 5-6 sessions I saw and felt major improvement. I would throughly recommend LSTC to anyone who i know and an very grateful for what everyone here did. The staff is very nice and welcoming and I would like to thank Sydney, and Sam and everyone else i worked with for helping me overcome this chapter of my life and overcome the pain.

The ladies here are awesome! Everyone is very professional, personal and really listen to your medical needs. I have a lot less knee pain and have learned how to manage the pain. I'm so glad I came to Loudoun Sport's Therapy Center!,

This is a wonderful place I came to Loudoun Sports Therapy Center because of my tricky shoulder and honestly it's been a world of a difference☺ the staffing most definitely know what they're doing and they're also very good at making your experience as comfortable as possible, most definitely worth coming here✔💪💯

Had positive outcome with physical therapy sessions. Knowledgeable and professional staff and front office personnel.

I like this practice but felt that more challenging exercises were provided to me once I started working with Josh. I very much appreciate the packet of ecercises that the practice provided me when I started. It helped me review exercises at home for which I felt I needed a little review. It is TOO hot in the Center today. Please manage the temperature in accordance with the temperature outside. I felt a little dizzy and nauseous from the heat. Josh brought me some water but you do not want people exercising in an overheated environment.
