Neck and shoulder pain has been troubling me for a few years now and LSTC has helped me alot. I have been regularly doing the suggested exercises and my condition has improved.

I've been to a dozen places for physiotherapy and this...is hands down the best! I like that you see a variety of therapists who are professional and encouraging. Appointments work like clockwork and results are excellent!,

I came in for lower back pain to the point of waking me up at night. That is no longer the case. The exercises I've learned have strengthened my back and increased my flexibility. Cudos to all the staff here for caring about their patients and exhibiting such great attitude. It is actually enjoyable to come here for therapy!

LCST, there is nothing negative to say about this place. The staffs are phenomenal from the first step into the door to your last out. Everyone is super friendly and will do anything to get you back to 100 or optimal daily function. Highly recommended to anyone that's looking for a physical therapy

Great place to come for physical therapy, the staff are all very attentive and encouraging. I thought It would take a long time to get better but I'm up and moving pain free a month later. Everyone heals differently but the staff will cater a treatment plan to your skill level. I looked forward to my therapy days! Hidden gem in Sterling

My first PT experience, best so far. Trainers and staffs are well experienced, very friendly. Place are great. Very organized and structured plan to help with my knee issue. After 6 weeks, I can run again after resting for almost a year. Very highly recommended place.

Overall good experience

After having suffered with lower back pain and leg numbness and tingling for over a year, the staff here have been amazing in zoning in on what was needed to get me back to feeling confident that I would have to opt for surgery.

I came to the clinic for tennis elbow and feel significantantly better . I'm able to resume my normal gym activities and pain has significantly decreased.

I am impressed with different physical therpists who are willing to learn basic sign language to communicate My rotor situation is much improved in six weeks . Very happy to able moving my left arm freely.. I recommend anyone to try this program. .
