I came to LSTC to treat IT Band Syndrome that has persisted throughout the summer. Prior to treatment, I started feeling pain somewhere between mile 4 through 6 and by mile 8/9 I would have to walk. LSTC took me through a very methodical, progressive strength training program to build my glute strength. By the end of thr program, I didn't experience any pain in my knee and they gave me a running plan to build back my mileage. I highly recommend LSTC to anyone looking to fix ITBS.
