After completing all my PT sessions my back feels much better and I'm able to once again engage in my daily activities. Further, I've learned appropriate stretching exercises that will ensure I'm flexible and strong enough to deal with my lower back issues. The PT staff has been extremely professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Hands down the best PT office in the DMV!!!

Came in to gst help wifh herniated disc and sciatica. The staff has been great and helped able to walk without it limp again and major relief to leg and back. They have helped me show how to continue to path of getting stronger and preventing this from happening again. The smaller infracies of learning core strength, proper position while exercising makes a world of difference as how I feel and what I can do to prevent injuries in the future.

LSTC was great and made the whole therapy process for my knee enjoyable. The physical therapists and athletic trainers always knew the right level of challenge for each session, and provided me with exercises that strengthened my knee and increased my confidence with weightlifting and running. Pain is no longer an issue, and I'm now able to partake in activities and movements that used to be difficult to complete. I was always greeted warmly and never confused about my next appointment time or payment due. LSTC is a well-oiled machine and I'm grateful for the help they all provided in my knee rehab journey. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. They always make sure you are always working at a pace that challenges you but not too extreme. 5 stars and here is why , my shoulder pain was gone by the 4th session, very thoughtful associates , always welcoming with a smile at the front desk, Never waited more than 5 minutes from the moment I walk in.

Loudoun Sports therapy center is exactly the place I was looking for to get my shoulder strength back after injury. All the therapists and trainers that I got to work with are highly knowledgeable.

After a few visits, I was surprised to wake up without pain in my right foot! I continued with my visits and home exercises and learned to modify my workouts in the gym to put less stress on my right knee. The pain has decreased by 90% and I am grateful to the trainers and therapists who worked with me!

I came in with bad back pain. Now I feel so much better and have a much wider range of motion. I can do things that once caused me pain with pretty much no pain now. I can also now play volleyball without any distractions that were once caused by my back. I am really happy with my experience here!

Very attentive therapy clinic and knowledgeable about their craft. Very grateful for their efforts in managing my leg pain and I am looking forward to continuing to get better with a lot of the practices I've learned here.
