Loudoun Sports Therapy Center

Loudoun Sports Therapy Center is an awesome physical therapy center for many types of rehabs. I have used their rehab services over an 11 year period, up to 6 different occasions with several body parts. They have successfully rehabbed my knee (after surgery), calf, hamstrings (both sides), wrist (after surgery), and hamstring again. They have prolonged my participation in women's soccer which gives me much joy.

I visited Loudoun Sports Therapy for several weeks to rehab a shoulder with rotator pain. The staff knew what to do immediately and started me on a solid recovery regimen. My shoulder is feeling much better now and I have the tools to treat it myself if I ever have this trouble again.

Loudoun Sports Therapy Center has done a fantastic job with the physical therapy for the bone fractures I had in my foot and ankle. With their help, I can now jog on the foot again and have regained full mobility. They provided exceptional in-person sessions and helpful exercises for at home practice. The staff is incredibly friendly and motivating! I highly recommend them for any physical therapy needs. I will miss their encouragement during workouts!

I'm glad I went to LSTC for my newest problem. I had significant hip pain and could barely walk around the house. Stairs were almost impossible without tremendous pain. I feel so much better after 6 weeks of therapy. Staff was friendly, professional, caring, and very knowledgeable. They made certain that I was comfortable during my therapy session as I have other chronic health issues.

Great therapists! Always there with a kind greeting and a positive attitude. Exercises tailored to my individual needs and pain level. This is my third time here and if needed I will come back.

I absolutely love this place, I dislocated my shoulder a couple years ago and never received treatment and along with the foolish decision of not getting any training, I went through another 6 dislocations. Ever since I started here at Loudoun Sports Therapy, I haven't had that problem once and my shoulder feels stable again! I recommend this place to anyone that needs treatment for any physical injury!
