I was referred to physical therapy for back pain that was so severe I couldn’t sleep though the night, getting maybe 2-3 hours of sleep on average. After a few visits to LSTC focusing on the muscle groups around my shoulders and upper back, I was already seeing a huge improvement! I now get at least 6 hours of sleep a night and can fall back asleep when I do wake up. The staff is amazing and super personable, making it easy to come and work on improving myself. They have taught me a ton of techniques to help keep my problems in check so that I can continue to keep sleeping and feeling great. Thank you LSTC

I’m extremely grateful for the LSTC team, without their help I’m not sure if I would be on the road to recovery as quickly as I am. They’re extremely knowledgeable but more importantly fun and I enjoyed each session. I highly recommend them for any pain/discomfort that you’re looking to get fixed.

I would highly recommend the Loudoun Sports Therapy Center. Got my knee surgery in August and had no confidence in my knee with doing daily exercises and I just finished my last physical therapy session, feeling so good about my knee and doing everything I wasn’t able to do before. I will be coming back after my next knee surgery in April.

Great staff and facility! They know their business and really care about their patients well being. Very nice not to laugh at my lack of coordination. Highly recommend!

I came in for help with lower back pain I had been dealing with for months and was extremely impressed with the knowledge and professionalism of everyone here. I had doubts that my back pain would go away but after 4 weeks I noticed it wasn't bothering me and I didn't even think about it for a few days. There are still times it bugs me when sitting or exercising with heavy weights but I'm now equipped with knowledge, stretches and exercises that keep the pain in check and can tell it will keep getting better with consistency and good form.

LSTC is always my go-to place for physical therapy. This is my fourth time back due to chronic pain issues and I can always tell a difference by the time I’m finished up. All the therapists are great, but Morgan and Lindsay really pushed me to be my best self working with them the most. Thank you, LSTC!

LSTC is a terrific recovery institution, the instructors know their stuff and the facility is great, I'm definitely coming back to these instructors and this facility after my hip surgery next Jan.

Great place! Great Staff! I really liked
the combination of splitting the treatment into exercise sessions with trainers and hands on therapy with physical therapy assistants. Everyone was encouraging, competent and kind. The treatment was patient driven which gave me the feeling that my needs were being met. I am extremely satisfied.

Back for a different injury but leaving with great results again!

Amazing experience!

I came here because of pain in my knees when playing basketball, jumping, squatting, and doing stairs. Now, I can squat and do stairs with no pain and I am back to playimg basketball 100%. My knees are much stronger, I have less pain, and I am more knowledgeable about how to prevent injuries in the future.

This place have helped me so much from not being able to stand for long time, with too much of pain and with swelling most of the time in my feet to zero swelling in my feet and with almost all pain gone and with lots of movements and I am able to start gym again. I had lot of discomfort and pain in my lower back which was keeping me from some basic daily routine and p,aying sports. With my therapy sessions I am doing much much better. I am able to move much better, run without pulling my back frequently and am able to play sports again. My therapy has helped me learn better posture for work and warm up routine for sports.

I came with significant pain in both shoulders, more so on the left. After the massage treatments and physical therapy my shoulder pain has gone from 10 to a 1-2. Feel great, range of motion has practically returned to 100%. I can swim freely again and I can sleep now on my sides and back without pain. Overall very very satisfied.
