LSTC is the best physical therapy and recovery center. The staff are extremely knowledgeable and helpful, but are kind and fun at the same time. I highly recommend this facility and would always return for any PT needs.

I had major surgery on my knee 9 years ago. My knee started popping when walking forward. I thought that I needed surgery again but the x-rays showed that the knee was good. I had pain also. My doctor wrote a perception for physical therapy. I thought that it would not do any good. I was wrong. The therapists put me through exercises to increase my core and knee strength. After 6 weeks I couldn't be more happier.

The physical therapists here have helped me figure out how to strengthen the intrinsic muscles in my foot to help with balance and stretches to help with foot pain.

I really enjoyed the total gym and I feel the exercises helped along I feel much stronger. I really liked the therapist here they were all helpful.

When I came here first time I had lower back pain and I am unable to walk more than 1 half mile without pain, now I can walk more than 2 mile and I can do my routine work . Thank you the team .

I've had another great experience here. I strained my hamstring playing soccer and I've completely recovered through PT. Everyone is wonderful and helpful.
